Mahindra Aims To Complete Ssangyong Acquisition In Four Months

Mahindra said it expects to complete the acquisition of South Korea's Ssangyong Motor Co. Ltd. in four months and that the two auto makers may share vehicle platforms, helping reduce vehicle development costs.
